Davinci of California was originally started in the late 1940's producing high quality leisure suits. In 1952, Davinci became known for its classic two tone button down woven shirts and fashion knits called Banlons. Hollywood in 1952, Davinci Clothing is born and quickly becomes the style of choice for members of the swinging Rat Pack: Frank, Dean and Sammy can't get enough and the rest of Hollywood is quick to follow. Today, it endures because of its quality and reminiscent of the romanticism that existed in the '50s. Everyone from rock stars to surfers slip into Davinci shirts and feel the history behind the line. Shirts made popular again once seen on "Two and a Half Men" with Charlie Sheen and Jon Cryer.
