shipped outside Arizona do not require sales tax to be added.

Flyclothing, LLC has been in
business since 2002 and is based in Gilbert, Arizona. The
business was originally located in Redondo Beach, CA and was
incorporated in Arizona in 2006.
Does FlyClothing have a store?
We do not
currently have a physical store location.
What is your return
policy?
Goods must be returned within 14
days from post mark or no refund will be granted. On returns,
the customer will be refunded the price of the order minus all freight
charges, unless product was damaged or incorrect size shipped.
We maintain the right to inspect returned merchandise to determine
whether replacement or adjustments are valid. Be sure to inspect
your merchandise. Please state the date of purchase and reason for
return. All returns must be shipped prepaid, no C.O.D. will be
accepted.
During the holidays, we do extend the return policy to 30 days to
allow for customers to return gifts with ample time.
Where do I send return or exchange
merchandise?
No prior authorization is required, but all returns
must be received within 14 days of postmarked shipment to be accepted. After 14
days, we do not accept returns. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes,
please return items through parcel service.

placed a phone order, now what I do?
If you placed a phone order on our website, payment must still be
received before the order can be sent. If you wish to fax your
payment information, you can fax it to 480-422-7350. We need the

you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. The list of countries we ship
to can be accessed by using our shopping cart. If your country
is not listed, we most likely do not ship to it. All
international orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority mail or
USPS Airmail Parcel Post. Packages usually arrive within 2
weeks of shipment.
How
much is international shipping?
International shipping prices depend on the weight and destination
of the package. We do not give quotes for shipping
international packages. Please place an order using the
website. The cost of shipping will be determined once the
products is in the cart and the destination country has been chosen.

order?
You will know you order
has been sent when you receive and email from Flyclothing Orders
stating "Your order has been completed..." If you chose USPS Priority Mail,
a tracking number will be sent from the
postal service website to your email address. You can use this information to track
your package on their website. If you shipped your package
through UPS, your tracking number will also be sent to your email
address and can be tracked on the UPS website.
I paid for overnight
shipping and my item hasn't arrived. What is happening?
We offer different shipping options for people who
have different shipping requirements. It usually takes 2-3
days to process and order. Orders are then shipped based on
the customer's preference. Sometimes we are able to process an
order the same day we receive it, but most of the time, it takes 2-3
days. We understand your urgency and want to get the products
to you as fast as we can!
How do I enter an APO or FPO address?
When you come to the Shipping and billing
page, please follow these steps when entering an APO or FPO address:

that our gateway will only accept usernames up to 17 characters.

because there are too many characters. If you would like to

This will allow your order to process properly.
What Form of
Payment Do You Accept?
We accept money orders,
PayPal and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American
Express and Discover. There are no credit card surcharges.
Credit cards are charged upon shipment of an order. Please be sure
to provide the exact name, billing address, and telephone number as
they appear on the credit card statement. Incorrect information may
cause a delay in processing the order.
What is the "CVV" number
on the back?
The "CVV" number is the last three digits on the
back of the card after the credit card number. This is used to
ensure that the person using the card is the cardholder because this
number is only printed on the credit card.

Pricing and
Typographical Errors
All prices are subject to
change without notice. We make every effort to provide you the most
accurate, up-to-the-minute information. Despite our best efforts, a
small number of the items on our web site may be mis-priced. In the
event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to
typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing
