|I recently contacted Flyclothing because I wanted to get an old Elvis button down shirt for my husband. Unfortunately, they no longer had the shirt, but the customer service person searched the web for me and found it somewhere else. I was seriously amazed. They said if they didnt have the product, they wanted to find it for me! Wow!|
|Items I ordered were received quickly. However, I live in Tempe. It would have been nice if I could have picked up the orders directly, and saved on the shipping charge.
|I was pleased with the Flyclothing with a wide range of choices, I especially like the "people who ordered this ordered these items also" It is ahelpful area, often matching tastes can be found there. I was happy with speed of my delivery. I found exactly what i wanted. I am very happy overall and will certainly use Flyclothing often.|
|When my original order was placed the size i wanted was on back order. I was not nofified of this and expressed to Flyclothing that I was upset that I was not notified of this becuse I needed it by a certian date and if I was notified that the size was not available I would have made other arrangements. FlyClothing assured me that they would would contact me when the item came in so they could arrange for next day delivery. When Flyclothing contacted me for payment to insure shipping next day I was not available by email or phone. Flyclothing was aware of what a specail occasion this item was needed for and went ahead and sent the item next day in good faith that I would pay for the extra shipping.
