How to Place an Order
1. Place items in cart and choose
shipping option (USPS Priority Mail (basic), USPS Express (overnight), USPS
Global Priority Mail, USPS Canada Shipping). If you want to continue
shopping, click "Continue Shopping" button or checkout.

2. Enter Discount Coupon and submit
(if applicable).

3. Enter Information - Enter
Personal Information, Billing Address and Shipping Address (if different from
billing).

4. Pick username and password -
username should be under 17 characters or will not be accepted. Picking a
username and password will allow you to login at a later time and check order
status, order history or customer reward points available. Also choose if you
would like to subscribe to our Flyclothing newsletters.

5. Choose method of payment

6. Verify order details.

7. Enter credit card information -
Choose credit card type (American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa), enter
expiration and CVV code (last three digits on back of card in signature section
- only applicable with Visa and MasterCard, four digits on front of American
Express card).

8. Submit order and wait for approved
order to show. If order doesn't show (timeout), go back and try order
again. If order is successful, you will receive an email notifying you
that your order has been processed.
Common Issues

Username too long - make sure
username is under 17 characters. If using email address and over 17
characters, use first part of email address before "@" symbol.

Address information does not match
- make sure billing address is correct

CVV information not entered or
incorrect - make sure CVV information is correct.
