John van Hammerveld found this Native American Indian image at a "Junk Store" along the sidewalk where he bought exotic papers for his art classes. In 1967, after his girlfriend suggested he take a look at a pile of photos, this one struck him, as the Indian seemed to be looking at him. He recalled "There was something good about him and felt a connection between us?. During a visit to New York, John stopped in to see Andy Warhol, and gave him one of the Indian prints. The print remains in the Warhol Foundation archive collection. These officially licensed Worn Free t-shirts have a vintage softening and aging technique, which may cause slight colour and print variations. T-Shirts are 100% Cotton and machine washable.
