SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
These policies apply only to items purchased directly from Flyclothing.com.
Orders placed through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Wish, etc. must follow the return policies of those platforms and be handled through their respective customer service systems.
BUSINESS HOURS
Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (MST).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
SHIPPING POLICY
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) and ship within 1–2 business days after processing (unless noted)
Direct-to-garment printed items may require up to 5 business days for processing.
If you need an item urgently, please contact us prior to ordering to confirm processing availability.
Processing times refer to business days only and do not include weekends or holidays.
Once an order has shipped and tracking has been provided, delivery timeframes are determined by the carrier.
Carrier Responsibility
Once a package is marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered. If you are concerned about package security, we recommend selecting a signature-required shipping option at checkout.
TRENDSI ITEMS
Items tagged as Trendsi ship separately and may have different processing and delivery timelines depending on origin.
Standard Processing Times:

USA-based products: 2–5 business days

Overseas products: 5–8 business days
Delivery time varies based on destination and carrier.
Trendsi returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt. Once approved, a Return Authorization (RA) number and return address will be provided. Trendsi items must follow their return conditions and timelines.

RETURN POLICY (U.S. ORDERS)
We offer a 30-day return policy from the confirmed delivery date (based on carrier tracking).
Please go to your order page and request a return through it.

Free of perfume, smoke, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, or any odor

In original condition with tags attached
Items showing signs of wear or alteration will be refused and returned to sender.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned merchandise before issuing refunds or exchanges.

REFUNDS
If approved, refunds will include the product price and applicable taxes, minus:

Original shipping charges
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after inspection. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the credit.
EXCHANGES
To exchange an item, return the original item and include a note with:

Requested new size or item
If approved, we will ship the replacement item at no additional cost (U.S. exchanges only).
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

If approved, we will provide return instructions and cover return shipping for verified defective items.
RETURN SHIPPING
All returns must be shipped prepaid. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.
Returns received after the 30-day window will be refused and returned to sender.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship to select international countries including Canada, Germany, Japan, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Norway, Sweden, Austria, Australia, and others.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout after address entry. We do not provide manual shipping quotes via email.
International customers are responsible for:

International Risk & Tracking
International orders ship at customer risk. Tracking visibility may be limited once a package leaves the United States.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or import restrictions.
We do not issue refunds for lost, stolen, or undelivered international packages unless carrier insurance was purchased.
If a package appears delayed, customers should first contact their local customs office or postal carrier.
FREE SHIPPING OFFER (U.S. ONLY)
Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Free shipping is not refundable.

If an order is returned, the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Expedited shipping options (UPS Overnight, 2-Day, USPS Express, etc.) are not included in the free shipping promotion.
If faster delivery is needed, please select a paid expedited shipping method.
CHARGEBACK & FRAUD POLICY
We actively monitor fraudulent activity. Orders flagged for abuse, excessive returns, or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
All chargebacks are disputed with supporting documentation including delivery confirmation, IP verification, and order records.
