Lil' Durango® Big Kid Saddle Western Boots are traditional cowboy boots for kids in tan and brown. These kids' western boots have brown full-grain leather on the foot with a 900-denier nylon upper in tan. The brown leather also trims the top of the boot shaft and appears at the pull loops and pull straps. The pulls compliment the cowboy boots nicely and also serve the practical purpose of giving your child two ways to pull on these Durango® boots quickly and easily. The tan nylon of the boot shaft is a great material; it's super durable, resisting scrapes, tears and abrasions. This big kids' boot can stand up to the rigors of a kid's wear and tear. Decorating the kids' tan cowboy boots is a nice western embroidery that pairs well with the versatile color. These cowboy boots for for boys or girls have a rubber outsole that gives cushioning like a sneaker outsole and more grip on smooth surfaces than your child would get from some other western boots with smooth outsoles. This type of outsole makes it much easier for your kid to run in these boots if the need arises. These are eight-inch boots with a one-inch stockman heel and the popular square toe. They have a durable double-row welt stitch. Inside the tan and brown boots, there's a steel shank for stability and arch support. The soft mesh lining is comfortable, and even greater comfort comes from the Cushion Flex insole. With these boots, kids get the look of traditional western boots with comfort inside and out. Shipping Policy

Our business hours are 10:00-5:00 PM (MST), Monday - Friday. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following week. Most orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday - Thursday) and shipped within 1-2 days. If you need something urgently, please call ahead to make sure we can process your order within the time needed.

What is your Return Policy?

Our Return Policy is very simple! No prior authorization is needed but the product you are returning or exchanging must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order or no refund or exchange will be granted. If you are returning an item(s), you will be refunded the price of the product and any taxes or fees minus freight charges. If you are exchanging an item, please return the item to us and write a note describing the new size or item you would prefer on your invoice. Once received, we will ship the requested item and pay for return shipping to you. Items in the clearance/sale category are not eligible for return or exchange. If you are returning any of the following lines including: Adtec, Unik, Black Creek, Silverado, Roper, Stetson, Tin Haul, a 15% restocking fee may apply.

We maintain the right to inspect returned merchandise to determine whether replacement or adjustment is valid. Be sure to inspect your merchandise once received. We inspect each item before it leaves the warehouse. Please read shirt care instructions. We do not accept warn or washed items for return, i.e. Halloween costumes. If an item has any human, perfume or wash odor, a refund will not be granted. There will be a 10% restocking fee for items not in original condition. That includes items worn, washed, smelling of perfume or smoke, not folded in original packaging, etc.

When returning or exchanging an item, please state the following: date of purchase, reason for return, or new size (if applicable). All returns must be shipped prepaid, no C.O.D. will be accepted. Any goods returned after the noted Return Policy date will be refused and returned to you.

Where do I send return or exchange merchandise?

As noted above, no prior authorization is required, but all returns must be postmarked within 30 days of shipment received to be accepted. Returns or exchanges received after 30 days will be returned to sender.
